How do I return an item?

If an item needs to be returned for whatever reason you MUST have the paper copy of the invoice and send it to us in email, messenger or text within 30 days of receiving the order. NO returns or refunds will be honored without us seeing a copy of the sent paper invoice as well as the wrong or missing items.  Any return must be unopened. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if any of those terms are not met. 

Cancellation fee:  If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled their is a $10 cancellation processing fee.
